I have run large and small projects/programs across multiple industries delivering software and hardware capabilities for the US government and large energy companies. 

I have distinguished performance in defining strategies and executing plans to deliver on-time cost-controlled capabilities in alignment with client expectations.

I have expertise in leading large high-performing and small Agile teams for design and deployment of capabilities to satisfy complex requirements. 

I have gained extensive experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures that enhance business/technical operations. 

My experience working with organizations with ineffective Project/Program Management Offices has led me to want to help companies be more adept at running projects by showing how a PMO can be constructed and developed to allow projects/programs/portfolios to execute to satisfy all performance, budget, and schedule requirements.  

This site came out of from my experiences and my desire to help you on your journey to build a functioning and successful PMO.
